Police Urge Locals to Help Crack the Case

Detective Inspector Phil Ryan said: “This incident has shocked the community. We know the fear knife crime causes, and our arrests are part of a wide investigation.”

“We’re urging anyone near Ridgewood Park to come forward with information. Check your CCTV, dashcams—anything could help.”

“Knife crime tears families apart. We’re working with schools and partners to prevent it, but young people must think twice before carrying weapons.”

“If you know who is carrying or storing knives, contact us or call Crimestoppers anonymously.”

Police remain determined to clear Merseyside streets of knives and end this violent crime wave.
