Carlisle Man Arrested After Van Attack Leaves Pedestrian Fighting for Life
A 29-year-old man from Carlisle was snapped up by police over a terrifying attempted murder incident involving a van and a pedestrian.
Victim in Critical Condition
The victim remains in hospital in a critical but stable state. Cops have seized the van linked to the attack and are pushing ahead with a full-scale investigation.
Police Hunt Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Cumbria Police want anyone near Prescott Road at around 2:50pm on 4 January to step forward. They’re especially keen to see any CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell videos that could crack the case wide open.
Expect to see more cops in the area as enquiries ramp up.
