Worker Dies in Horror Crash at Runnymede Roundabout Roadworks
Tragedy struck overnight at the Runnymede Roundabout in Egham. A man working on roadworks was killed in a devastating collision with plant machinery.
Surrey Police and paramedics rushed to the scene shortly before 1am on 1 June after reports of the incident. Sadly, the worker died instantly at the site.
Authorities Launch Investigation
His next of kin have been notified, and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed. An investigation is now underway to establish the full circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
