M2 Eastbound Shut Between J2 and J3 in Kent
The M2 eastbound is closed between junctions 2 and 3 after a Kent Police-led incident. Officers are on scene, and drivers face major delays.
Follow “Solid Circle” Diversions Now
Motorists must leave the M2 at J1 and take the A289 eastbound. Stay on the A289 through Four Elms roundabout, Medway Tunnel, Lower Gillingham, Yokosuka Way, and Ito Way until you reach the A2 roundabout.
- Then join the A2 eastbound.
- Follow the A2 to the A278 roundabout.
- Take the A278 southbound back to the M2 at J4.
Allow extra time for your journey as traffic is heavy.
