Elderly Man Seriously Hurt in Tonbridge Car Crash

An elderly man is in hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a white Kia hatchback in Tonbridge on Friday afternoon.

Crash Rocks Tonbridge Near Cornwallis Avenue

Kent Police were called at 12.14pm on 21 November 2025 following the smash near the junction of Cornwallis Avenue and Orchard Drive. The Kia driver stayed at the scene while emergency services, including South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed the man believed to be in his 70s to hospital.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit is leading the probe. Detectives are urging anyone who saw the crash or caught it on dashcam or mobile phone to get in touch immediately.
