Man Caught Trying to Expose Himself to Teen in Hythe
Police are hunting a pervert who tried to flash a teenage girl in broad daylight in Hythe.
Chilling Moment on Frost Lane
The terrifying incident happened at around 3.40pm on Sunday, June 13. The girl was walking alone along Frost Lane and Rosebery Avenue when she spotted a suspicious car, believed to be a blue Peugeot 207, seemingly following her.
The driver, a white man in his 50s, suddenly got out and started unbuckling his trousers. He said nothing.
