Brutal Prisoner Caught After Punching Officer, Breaking His Jaw in Two Places!
Prisoner Loses It at HMP Woodhill
Charlie Pearce, 20, lashed out at a prison officer inside HMP Woodhill, Milton Keynes, leaving the officer with a shattered bottom jaw and broken top jaw. Pearce’s vicious punch came out of nowhere on 5 September 2019.
Guilty Plea Lands Pearce 18 More Months
Pearce admitted to section 20 grievous bodily harm without intent at Aylesbury Crown Court on 4 September. The court added 18 months to his current life sentence, served for attempted murder and rape.
Cops and Ministers Stand Firm
Detective Constable Lynda Stearman slammed the attack as “unprovoked” and praised the prison officer for just “doing his job.”
“Pearce’s actions caused serious injuries that needed surgery,” she added. “He pleaded guilty and will now serve extra time.”
Prisons Minister Lucy Frazer QC MP declared, “Violence against our hardworking staff will never be tolerated. Attackers face the harshest penalties.”
“Officers now get tools like PAVA pepper spray and body cameras to stay safe,” she said.
Pearce’s Violent Past
Already behind bars on a life sentence with at least 11 years inside for attempted murder and rape, Pearce’s violent streak shows no signs of stopping.
