Five Face Fraud Charges Over Stolen Card Scam
Five Suspects Named in Credit Card Fraud Case
Authorities have charged three men and two women in a major fraud crackdown. The accused are:
- Muhiddin Muhiddin, 32, from Hackney’s Woodberry Down Estate
- Yilay Tufansoy, 33, currently with no fixed address
- Scott Peter Richards, 45, of Wickford, Essex
- Tugce Enc, 30, from Highbury Quadrant, Islington
- Malya Zulfiqar, 24, based in Enfield
Allegations: Stolen Credit Card Details Used for Goods and Services
The group faces charges of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. Authorities claim they used stolen credit card information to fraudulently obtain goods and services.
Court Dates Set for Some, Others Remanded
Muhiddin and Zulfiqar are set to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday, 12 October. Meanwhile, Tufansoy, Richards, and Enc were remanded by the magistrates’ court and will face crown court on a date yet to be confirmed.
