Hill has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on December 12.
Investigation Ongoing, Another Man Released on Bail
A second man, aged 40, was also arrested in connection with the crash but has since been released on bail as police continue their inquiries.
