Two Injured in Brutal Leigh Road Assault
Police rushed to Leigh Road at 2.23am on Sunday, October 30, after reports of a violent attack. A man and woman, both in their 20s, were hurt in the brawl. The woman is still in hospital fighting for her life.
Two Men Arrested and Charged
Just a day later, cops charged two men linked to the attack. Jack Limburn, 27, from Fair Oak Road, faces a wounding charge for grievous bodily harm without intent.
Jake Paul George Lucas, 27, from Samuel Jarvis Avenue, is charged with assault causing actual bodily harm and wounding with intent under Section 18.
Court Date Set for Leigh Road Attackers
Both men were remanded and are set to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today, November 1, as the investigation continues.
