Police are urgently hunting Paul Marshall, 53, a convicted sex offender who absconded from HMP North Sea Camp on Tuesday, 22 November. Marshall was serving a life sentence for rape and wounding with intent before vanishing without a trace.
CCTV Snaps Marshall in Mansfield Town Centre
Nottinghamshire Police have released CCTV footage showing Marshall spotted in Mansfield Town Centre. The images are described as “quite distinctive,” and officers hope they will help track him down.
Police Warn Public: Do Not Approach Marshall
Detective Inspector Paul Lefford said: “If you have seen this man, we want to hear from you immediately.”
Anyone who spots Marshall should not approach him but should call 999 straight away, quoting incident 704 of 22 November 2022.
