Club Licence Suspended Amid Murder Probe
Birmingham City Council acted swiftly, suspending the nightclub’s licence pending a full hearing within four weeks. Lawyers for the club’s licence holder did not contest the suspension and said they will use the 28-day period to “reflect and assist the police with the criminal investigation.”
