Two Arrested in Herne Bay Robbery Twist

A routine robbery probe in Herne Bay has landed two locals in hot water. Jeremy Long, 41, and Hollie Cheeseman, 32, both from Collins Road, have been charged with robbery after a Thursday night flashpoint on 13 June 2019.

Weapon Charge Adds to the Heat

Long’s troubles don’t end there. He’s also facing charges for carrying an offensive weapon in public. The crime unfolded on Collins Road when a man was threatened and his bank card snatched.

Court Date Set for July Showdown

The pair made a quick trip through Medway Magistrates’ on 15 June, where they were remanded in custody. Their next headline date is locked in for 15 July 2019 at 1 Crown Court.
