Murder Charge in Shrewsbury Shocker
West Mercia Police have charged 24-year-old Kai Sainz-Stafford with murder following a deadly incident in Shrewsbury last week.
Fatal Incident on Lambourn Drive
The drama unfolded late on Thursday, 1 May. Emergency services were called to Lambourn Drive at 11:58pm. Officers found a 34-year-old man critically injured. Sadly, he later died at the scene.
Suspect Held and Court Date Set
Sainz-Stafford, with no fixed address, remains in custody. He is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 5 May. The case is expected to be passed to the Crown Court for further hearings.
Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
West Mercia Police are continuing a full investigation into the incident. They are appealing to anyone with information to come forward immediately.
