Festival Drugs Bust Shakes Tollard Royal
Joseph Hughes, 30, from Wandsworth, London, was caught red-handed last September at a festival near the Wiltshire-Dorset border. Cops swooped on him after spotting a stash of both hard and soft drugs — plus a chunky wad of cash.
Heavy Charges Dropped on Hughes
- Four counts for intent to supply Class A drugs: cocaine, LSD, MDMA, and 2C-B
- Three counts for intent to supply Class B drugs: cannabis, ketamine, and chloromethcathinone
- Offers to supply LSD and psilocin (magic mushrooms)
- Two counts of money laundering
Hughes Faces Court This July
Hughes is slated to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on 10 July to face the charges. This bust sends a blazing warning to festival drug dealers lurking in the region. Festival fun? Not on our watch.
