Man Brutally Assaulted Outside Old Bank in Bishop’s Waltham

Violent Attack Rocks St George’s Square

Police are hunting witnesses after a man in his 40s was battered near the old Lloyds Bank at St George’s Square/Houchin Street in Bishop’s Waltham. The assault happened between 12.30am and 1am on Sunday, 29 September.

The victim suffered a concussion and injuries to his ribs and face.

Two Arrested But Investigation Ongoing

Officers have arrested a 45-year-old local man and a 21-year-old from Poole on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. Both suspects have been released on bail with strict conditions as inquiries continue.
