Jewellery Heist Shocks Oxshott Homeowners
Police in Surrey are hunting burglars after a break-in at a posh Oxshott home. The owners returned on Saturday, 3 December, from an international trip to find their house targeted.
Luxury Watches and Jewellery Stolen
The homeowners called police just before 9pm to report several valuable items missing, including prized watches and jewellery. Officers rushed to the scene later that night and followed up with the owners the next morning.
Investigation Underway – Timeline Still Unclear
It’s still unclear exactly when the burglary took place, and nailing down the timeline is a top priority. Detectives are combing through all available evidence, including CCTV footage, as enquiries continue.
Police Dismiss Armed Suspect Rumours
Responding to media chatter about armed robbers, Surrey police have slammed the claims. “No witnesses have reported any threats of violence, and there is no evidence of armed suspects,” a spokesperson said. They urge anyone with information to come forward. No arrests have been made so far.
