Suspect Swipes Bank Card in Early Morning Raid
Between 1:40am and 1:50am on Saturday 30 December 2023, a man broke into Bluebird Care West Dorset on Bridport Road, Dorchester, and stole a bank card. The thief then used the card to make fraudulent purchases in the Poole area.
CCTV Snap May Help Crack Case
Police Sergeant Anneka Stone, from Dorchester Neighbourhood Policing Team, urges anyone who witnessed suspicious activity around the time to come forward. She said: “Our enquiries are ongoing. Although the CCTV image of the suspect isn’t the clearest, it might help jog someone’s memory.” Authorities hope the grainy footage will lead to a breakthrough.
