Man Asked to Borrow Teabags Before Alleged Attack
Police hunting a sexual assault suspect in Dover have released an e-fit image of a man they urgently need to identify.
The shocking incident took place between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday, December 8, 2024, in the Tower Hamlets area of Dover. According to reports, the man knocked on a woman’s door asking to borrow some teabags. But things quickly turned sinister when he entered the property and touched the woman inappropriately over her clothing.
Thankfully, the victim fought back, pushing the man out and slamming the door shut.
Kent Police Appeal for Help Identifying Suspect
Kent Police are leading the investigation and have released the e-fit image to the public, hoping someone will recognise the man.
An officer said, “Community support is vital in catching this suspect and keeping the public safe.”
