Police are hunting vital witnesses following a chilling attempted murder near the Oast House pub in Redditch in the early hours of Sunday, 12 March.

Victim Rushed to Hospital After Brutal Attack

A 26-year-old man was rushed to the Royal Alexandra Hospital shortly after midnight. CCTV footage shows a group of people lingering in the pub’s car park around 11.55pm — right around when the victim left.

Police Appeal to Group Seen at Crime Scene

Detectives are especially eager to speak to a group of 8-10 men spotted in the car park at the crucial time. “If you were there or left the Oast House around midnight, please come forward,” said the lead investigator.

Community Urged to Stay Calm

“We understand how alarming incidents like this can be,” the officer added. “But we have no reason to believe there is any ongoing threat to the public.”
