Head-On Smash at 3am Shuts Down The Packway
Two vehicles, including a private hire taxi, collided head-on around 3am on The Packway, Larkhill, close to the garrison church of St Alban the Martyr. The crash caused chaos and forced the road to close for several hours.
Man in His 30s Seriously Injured
A taxi passenger, a man in his 30s, was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Three other men, aged 20s, 30s, and 40s, were taken to Salisbury District Hospital with minor injuries.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
The Serious Collision Investigation Team is probing the crash. They urge anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage to call 01225 694597, quoting log number 29 of today’s date.
