Serious Collision Shuts Gosport Roads as Cyclist Battles Life-Threatening Injuries
Police have slammed the brakes on Stoke Road and Spring Garden Lane in Gosport following a nasty crash that has left a cyclist fighting for his life.
Late-Night Smash Shuts Roads for Hours
The collision happened shortly after 11.30pm on Saturday (17 June) near the junction of Spring Garden Road and 1 Road. Emergency services swooped in after a blue Ford Fiesta collided with a 22-year-old cyclist.
The roads have been closed for several hours as cops launched a full investigation into the smash.
Cyclist in Hospital with Serious Head Injuries
The young man was rushed to hospital with life-threatening head injuries following the crash. His condition remains critical as medics fight to save him.
