Sussex Police arrested three men in their 20s following a violent incident in Worthing at dawn on Thursday, 16 April. A 21-year-old man from Crawley suffered a serious cut to his face and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The Attack and Chase
The alarm was raised at 7:10am after reports of a man with a facial injury near Manor Parade, Worthing. Witnesses saw three men fleeing the scene shortly after the assault.
Arrests Made
Police quickly tracked down and arrested the suspects nearby. They face multiple charges, including grievous bodily harm, possession of a bladed weapon, possession of drugs, and theft from a shop.
