In an official statement, Crawley police said they reckon “brolly man” might hold vital information to stop the ongoing car crime spree. They’re urging him to get in touch and help identify those behind the break-ins.
“If brolly man is reading this, we urge him to come forward and speak to us,” said a police spokesperson. “We believe he may have information that could be of great assistance in our ongoing investigation.”
Public Urged to Report Sightings – But Not 999 for Tips
If “brolly man” keeps quiet, officers want the public to step up. Anyone spotting or knowing anything about him should report it straight away. Police ask people to use the non-emergency number 101 or report online, quoting serial 999 of 22/03.
