Cruel or Crazy? RSPCA Investigate Painted Chihuahua Abandoned on Isle of Wight

The RSPCA has launched a probe after a chihuahua was found abandoned and bizarrely painted on the Isle of Wight. The tiny dog was discovered on Pan Meadows, Newport, earlier this week with fur that had been shaved and painted.

A concerned local spotted the distressed chihuahua and rushed it to a vet in Carisbrooke on Monday. The dog’s painted and shaven coat has sparked outrage, prompting an immediate RSPCA investigation.

Owner Still Missing – Council Steps In

The pooch is now in council kennels under the care of the dog warden. Isle of Wight Council is scrambling to track down the owner and get to the bottom of this cruel act.
