Police Arrest Two in Hunt for Missing Havant Teen Louise
Two people have been arrested as cops scramble to find Louise, 16, who vanished from Havant last Friday. The teenager was last spotted around midday on May 8 in Somborne Drive.
Arrests Made on Suspicion of Kidnap
A 29-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were taken into custody on suspicion of kidnap. They remain held while inquiries continue.
Police have been working round the clock with house-to-house checks, searches, and CCTV reviews. Despite a week passing since Louise’s last contact with friends, officers are desperate for any new leads.
Chief Inspector Pleads for Information and Offers Reassurance
“This is very much still a missing person investigation,” said Chief Inspector Alex Reading. “Our priority is to find Louise safe and sound. The community’s support has been fantastic and we’re grateful.”
“We’re searching the Leigh Park area all weekend. If anyone has information, please come forward. Louise, if you’re reading this, please get in touch or contact someone you trust. We just need to know you’re OK.”

- Straight, black, shoulder-length hair
- Black jeans, black and white striped t-shirt
