Man in Serious Condition After M3 Van Crash
A man is fighting for his life after a shocking single-vehicle crash on the M3 at Lightwater this morning.
Van Collides on Northbound Carriageway
Emergency services rushed to Junction 3 just after 11am on 18 October when reports came in of a white Ford Transit van veering off the northbound carriageway.
The driver, a man in his 50s and the only person in the van, was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. He remains in a critical condition.
Traffic Chaos as Road Shut for Hours
The northbound side of the M3 was shut for several hours during the emergency response. Authorities thanked motorists for their patience amid the disruption.
Witnesses Urged to Come Forward
Police are asking anyone who saw the crash or has information to call 101, quoting incident reference P17263417.
