Police are hunting a white van linked to a savage assault at Cobham Services on the M25 yesterday afternoon.

White Peugeot Van Spotted Near Bloody Scene

A white Peugeot Partner van, registration NX63 VLP, equipped with a roof rack and ladder, was seen near the petrol station forecourt where the attack happened around 3.20pm on June 26.

Victim Airlifted with Critical Head Injuries

A 20-year-old man was left with severe head injuries after being struck with a shovel. He was airlifted to hospital and remains in a critical condition. His family has been informed.

Police Urge Witnesses to Step Forward

Detective Chief Inspector Jo Hayes said: “We need to trace this van’s route before and after the attack. We want to know who was inside and where they are now.”

She added: “We believe some witnesses have yet to come forward, including those who may have filmed the attack on phones or dashcams. Their footage could be vital.”
