Serious Crash in Shedfield: Motorcyclist Hurt at Busy Junction
A motorcyclist suffered serious leg injuries in a crash on Winchester Road, Shedfield, last Friday morning. Police are now hunting for witnesses to the collision at the junction with the A334.
Crash Details: Triumph vs Mitsubishi
The smash happened at 10:44 AM on 20 September. A black Triumph Bonneville was heading south along Winchester Road (B2177) when it collided with a blue Mitsubishi Outlander. The Mitsubishi had just pulled out from the offside junction, trying to join southbound traffic.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was seriously hurt and rushed to Southampton General Hospital for urgent treatment.
