Chaos on the A458 near Cressage as two cars collide in a serious crash.
Major Emergency Response Deployed
West Midlands Ambulance Service rushed to the scene at 1.51pm, dispatching two ambulances, a paramedic officer, the Air Ambulance Critical Care Car from Cosford, plus Midlands Air Ambulances from both Cosford and Strensham.
Two Men Seriously Hurt
A spokesperson revealed: “On arrival, crews discovered two cars involved in a collision.”
One man was found in critical condition. Ambulance crews immediately gave advanced life support before airlifting him to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham for urgent treatment.
Second Man Rescued and Airlifted
The second man was trapped and had to be cut free by firefighters. He suffered serious injuries and was also flown to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for specialist care.
