West Midlands Police have launched a desperate search for Deirdre, 72, who vanished from Walsall on the morning of Friday, 18 April 2025. She was last seen at 8:15am wearing a navy coat and a long black skirt. Authorities say they have extreme concern for her welfare.

The Missing Persons Team (MPT) and West Midlands Police have circulated missing person posters throughout the community and on social media, urgently appealing for information.
A police spokesperson said:
“We are extremely concerned for Deirdre’s welfare and are doing everything we can to locate her safely. Please check your gardens, sheds, or any outbuildings in case she has sought shelter nearby.”
