Blaze Rips Through Newport Log Cabin on Isle of Wight
Fire crews on the Isle of Wight are battling a fierce blaze in Newport tonight. Two fire teams from Newport were called to East Cowes Road just after 5.40pm.
The fire quickly engulfed a log cabin, leaving it severely damaged. Firefighters spent over two hours cooling the scene and carefully removing gas cylinders to prevent further danger.
No Injuries Reported
Thankfully, no one is believed to have been hurt in the fire, confirmed a spokesperson for the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.
