Tragic Crash on Fawley Bypass Claims Life of 40-Year-Old Man
Police are hunting for witnesses after a deadly single-vehicle smash on the Fawley Bypass last night (April 26).
At 8.36pm, emergency services were called to the B3053 following a collision involving a maroon Vauxhall Astra.
Victim Dies at Scene, Passenger Seriously Hurt
Despite frantic efforts by paramedics, a 40-year-old man from Wimborne, Dorset, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 30-year-old Blackfield man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Officers want to know exactly what happened and are appealing to anyone who saw the crash or the maroon Astra beforehand to come forward.
