Tragic Cycling Crash Claims Man’s Life in Dunton Green
A 56-year-old man suffered critical injuries in a horror crash while cycling on Starhill Road towards Dunton Green at around 11:40am on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Despite emergency treatment at the scene, he sadly died in hospital in the early hours of Saturday, August 21.
Serious Collision Probe Underway
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is hunting for witnesses who haven’t come forward yet. They want to hear from anyone who saw the incident or who was driving nearby and may have dashcam footage showing the cyclist’s movements before the crash.
The victim was riding a distinctive green Bianchi Ultra bike.
