Massive Drug Haul Leads to Suspended Jail Sentence for Southampton Dealer
Liam Rice, 22, from Bourne Lane, Woodlands, was busted following a police raid on 27 July last year. Officers acted on intel about drug-related activity and found a stash worth a whopping £32,500 in Class B drugs and paraphernalia.
Convicted for Cannabis Supply at Southampton Magistrates’ Court
Rice was charged and convicted for being involved in the supply of cannabis at Southampton Magistrates Court on 10 May. He was handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years.

Police Send Strong Warning to Drug Dealers in New Forest
PC Carl Peverill of the New Forest Heart Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “We hope this sends a strong message that drug-dealing won’t be tolerated here and that we will always bring offenders to justice.”
“This was an extremely large amount of Class B drugs with a high street value, now seized and destroyed.”
“We are committed to protecting our communities from drug-related harm and violence, but we need the public’s help to report suspicious activity.”
