Teen Brutally Attacked on Margate Seafront
A 16-year-old boy was viciously punched and kicked by a gang on Margate seafront on Tuesday evening. The violent brawl erupted around 5.10pm near Marine Terrace, opposite Hall By The Sea Road.
Boy Hospitalised with Head Injuries
The teen was knocked to the ground before at least five attackers repeatedly kicked him. Police rushed to the scene, and the boy was taken to hospital with head injuries. Thankfully, he has since been discharged.
48-Hour Dispersal Order Imposed to Stop Further Chaos
In response to the assault, officers slapped a 48-hour dispersal order on Margate’s seafront. This tough move allows police to clear troublemakers and make arrests to keep the peace.
