Police have released a CCTV image as part of their investigation into a nightclub assault in Rochester that left a man with serious facial injuries.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:45 pm on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Casino Cabaret Rooms in Blue Boar Lane.
Incident Details
The victim, a man in his 20s, reportedly stepped in to defuse an altercation involving two groups when he was assaulted by another man. He sustained significant facial injuries in the attack.
Police Investigation
Detective Sergeant Hannah Corbishley, leading the investigation, stated:
“We have been reviewing CCTV footage and are now able to issue an image of a man who may have valuable information to assist our enquiries. While the image is blurred, we hope someone will recognize the individual and come forward.”
She added,
“We are also urging any witnesses or anyone who may have been assaulted during this incident to contact us.”
