Police Incident at Haymarket Forces Bus Diversions on 900 Route

Lothian Buses has issued a service update for passengers travelling on the 900 route, following a police incident at Haymarket Station.

Due to the ongoing situation, buses are being diverted in both directions, and the following stops are currently unavailable:

• Shandwick Place / Haymarket Station
• Roseburn Bridge

Passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys and use alternative stops where possible. The nature of the police incident has not yet been disclosed, but officers remain on scene.

A Lothian Buses spokesperson said:

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We’re working to resume normal service as soon as it is safe to do so.”
