Motorcyclist taken to Hospital following Two vehicle Collision in Portsmouth

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash in Portsmouth this afternoon(Friday May 12). Emergency services were called to the junction Richmond Road and Victoria Road South in the City this lunchtime. Witnesses claim the white car in the picture pulled out in front of the motorcyclist who then T Boned the passenger side of the white 4×4. A large number of emergency vehicles were at the scene this afternoon and the roads policing unit advised motorists to avoid the area. An eyewitness reported: “I couldn’t get my car out because police had closed the road. It looked bad.” An ambulance spokeswoman said there had been a collision involving a motorbike and a car at the junction of Richmond Road and Victoria Road South.
