Firefighters Race to Tackle Intense Vehicle Fire
Kent Fire and Rescue Service raced to a fiery scene on Seven Mile Lane, East Peckham, after two vehicles erupted in flames on a home driveway.
Family Escapes Unharmed as Flames Rage
Fire crews arrived to find the family already evacuated and safely away from the burning van and car. The vehicles were engulfed in flames, threatening a nearby wooden car port.
Firefighters Extinguish Blaze but Damage is Total
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters fought the fire with hose reel and main jets. Despite their efforts, both vehicles and the wooden car port were completely destroyed.
Cause Unknown but No Injuries Reported
The cause of the blaze remains a mystery. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the dramatic fire.
