Teenager Fatally Stabbed in Whitstable
A man in his late teens has died following a stabbing in Whitstable, Kent, sparking a murder investigation. Police are appealing to the public for any information to assist with their enquiries.
Attack on Belmont Road in Early Hours
Emergency services were called to Belmont Road shortly after 2am on Friday. Officers and paramedics found a 19-year-old male with stab wounds. Despite the efforts of an air ambulance crew, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Forensic Teams Conduct Thorough Investigation
Kent Police have sealed off parts of Belmont Road as forensic experts comb the area for evidence. A tent has been erected at the crime scene as inquiries continue.
“Kent Police was called at 2.04am on Friday 3 April 2026 to reports of a serious assault on Belmont Road, Whitstable. Officers and paramedics attended, and a 19-year-old boy sustained injuries consistent with stab wounds. He was confirmed deceased at the scene. A murder investigation has been launched.
