Ayman Khan, 24, from Wexham Road, Slough, has been slammed with a hefty prison sentence after a major police bust. Reading Crown Court handed him six years and six months behind bars last Thursday (April 9) following a Thames Valley Police probe.
Drug Lord Caught Red-Handed
Khan admitted to serious charges, including:
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – heroin
- Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs – cocaine
- Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs – cannabis
- Owning a banned electrical stun device (taser)
- Possession of prohibited ammunition
Stunning Police Sting
On the evening of September 23, officers got a tip-off about a suspect sneaking into a DVLA compound in Reading. Khan was spotted leaving with a suspicious bag. Police stopped him nearby and found a stun gun plus drugs worth over £60,000 ready for the streets.
Cop Sounds Off on Serious Crime
“This sentence shows how seriously we take the damage caused by drug dealing,” said PC Gavin Ward. “Khan’s actions were wrecking lives and fuelling more crime in our communities. The evidence was so strong he had no choice but to plead guilty. We’re dead set on tackling drug crime and making sure dealers face justice.”
