Young Boy Hit by Car in Thamesmead – Hospitalised but Stable
A 10-year-old boy was hit by a car on Central Way, Thamesmead, yesterday afternoon, January 23, around 3:25pm. The crash left the boy injured and sent him to hospital, but thankfully, he is now in stable condition.

Emergency services responded quickly after the collision was reported. The boy suffered injuries in the accident and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police confirmed the child is stable.

The car driver stopped at the scene and cooperated fully with authorities. Metropolitan Police have launched a probe to uncover exactly how the crash happened. Central Way was closed until just after 7:30pm that day while investigations and clean-up took place.
