Emergency services scrambled to Canterbury Street, Gillingham, at 12:24pm following a serious collision. Police and paramedics rushed to the scene after reports of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian.
Victim Treated on Scene
A spokesperson for the South East Coast Ambulance Service confirmed the incident: “We were called to Canterbury Street at around 12:20pm today following a road traffic collision involving a vehicle and a person.
The pedestrian was assessed and treated onsite before being airlifted in critical condition to a nearby hospital.
