Shock in Kidbrooke: Woman Found Dead Near Community Centre
Police were called to Kidbrooke Park Road, SE3, at 5.33pm on Saturday, 18 September after a woman’s body was found close to a community centre.
Victim in Her 20s, Identity Awaited
Officers believe they know who the young woman is, believed to be in her 20s, but formal identification and next-of-kin notification are still pending.
Man Arrested on Murder Suspicion
Later that evening, around 9.20pm, police raided an address in Lewisham and arrested a man on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody at a south London police station.
