Police Rush to Scene, Victim Dies on Spot

Second Murder Investigation in Two Days Rocks East London
This marks the second deadly attack in the area in less than 48 hours. Just a day earlier, 23-year-old Abdul Jalloh was stabbed to death in New Union Close. One man has been arrested in connection with Jalloh’s killing.
“Tragically, another young man has lost his life to violence and our thoughts are with his friends and family at this difficult time,” said Vicky Tunstall, Acting Detective Chief Superintendent for Tower Hamlets and Hackney. “Tackling violent crime remains our absolute focus, but we need the community’s help to make a difference.”
Victim’s ID Yet to Be Confirmed, Police Seek Public Help
The victim’s identity remains unconfirmed, though detectives say they know who he is and have informed his family. No arrests have been made yet.
A post-mortem will soon determine the exact cause of death. Police are urgently appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
