North Yorkshire was hit by a serious workplace accident on Thursday morning, prompting a fast emergency response.
Workplace Accident Sparks Rapid Emergency Response
Police confirmed officers rushed to Snaygill Industrial Park following reports of a major workplace incident. The ambulance service alerted authorities at 11.51am.
“Emergency services responded swiftly to a workplace accident at a business premises on Snaygill Industrial Park. A man was taken to the hospital, and the Health and Safety Executive has been notified,” a police spokesperson said.
Ambulance and Air Ambulance Scramble to Scene
Yorkshire Ambulance Service revealed they received the emergency call just minutes earlier, at 11.38am. Both ground and air ambulances were deployed to the scene to provide urgent care.
