A man has been rushed to hospital after a road traffic collision on Plassy Road, Lewisham, last Friday night (November 16).

Emergency Services Respond Within Minutes

The London Ambulance Service sprang into action at 8:48 PM, sending ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, and London’s Air Ambulance. They reached the scene within six minutes.

Injured Man Taken to Major Trauma Centre

After treatment at the scene, the injured man was driven to a major trauma centre in London. His current condition hasn’t been revealed.

“We were called at 8.48 PM on Friday, November 16 to reports of a road traffic collision in Plassy Road. We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car, and London’s Air Ambulance. The first of our crews arrived in six minutes. Our crews treated a man at the scene before taking him to a London major trauma centre by road.” – London Ambulance Service spokesperson
