Man Brutally Stabbed in Newham: Police Seek Witnesses
A man in his 20s was viciously stabbed multiple times in a shocking attack in Park Grove, Newham. The violent assault happened earlier this month near the Chadd Green Estate.
Rapid Response After Stabbing
The Metropolitan Police rushed to the scene at 9.48pm on Wednesday, 7 May, after reports of a stabbing in the E15 area. Officers arrived just three minutes later to find the victim suffering from serious multiple stab wounds.
The victim was rushed to hospital by ambulance and stayed under care for two weeks. Although he is now recovering, police say the investigation is far from over.
Motive Unknown – Attack Believed Random
Detective Constable Richard Brunning, from the North East Basic Command Unit, said: “This is a complex and serious incident. We don’t believe the victim knew his attackers. The level of violence used was shocking. We are working tirelessly to identify those responsible.”
Suspects Spotted in White BMW X1
The attackers are described as tall, slim Black men who may have escaped in a white BMW X1. Police are desperate for anyone who saw the vehicle or captured footage around the time to step forward.
“If you were near the Chadd Green estate that evening or saw anything suspicious, please come forward. Even small details could be crucial,” added DC Brunning.
