Fatal stabbing shock in Fulham as man dies at scene

Police are probing a deadly stabbing in Fulham after a 29-year-old man was found fatally wounded in the early hours of Saturday, 16 March.

Emergency call after street fight

Officers were scrambled to the junction of Gowan Avenue and Munster Road SW6 at 12.27am following reports of a fight.

Witnesses had first tried to help the victim before emergency services arrived. Despite the efforts of medics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene just before 1am.

Homicide unit takes charge

The Homicide and Major Crime Command are leading the investigation. Police are working to inform the victim’s next of kin.

A crime scene remains in place while officers piece together what happened. No arrests have been made so far.
